01. Onboarding
After you fill out the contact form, you’ll be able to book a discovery call where we’ll discuss the scope of your project, timeline, and pricing. I’ll then send you a proposal to review. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract and invoice for your project deposit.
02. Kick-off Strategy Call
After you sign your contract and pay your deposit, I'll send you a link where you can join your project portal and schedule a strategy kick-off call for the week prior to your start date. During our call, we’ll go over current pain points and goals you have for your website, store performance, and sales channels.
03. The Audit
On day 1 of your project, I’ll pull reports from your Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics accounts for the last 30 days worth of data. 04. Final Presentation + Reccomendations
