Here’s What to Expect:
01. Onboarding
After you fill out the contact form, you’ll be able to book a discovery call where we’ll discuss the scope of your project, timeline, and pricing. I’ll then send you a proposal to review. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract and invoice for your project deposit.
02. Kick-off Strategy Call
After you sign your contract and pay your deposit, I'll send you a link where you can join your project portal and schedule a strategy kick-off call for the week prior to your start date. This research phase is crucial to the success of the project. We'll discuss your target audience, competitor landscape, brand traits, positioning, and visual inspiration.
03. Writing + Revisions
On day 1 of your project, I’ll use my keyword research to write the first draft of your website copywriting. I’ll send you the first draft on the morning of Day 3. You’ll have until the morning of Day 4 to submit your feedback. I’ll then spend Day 4 implementing the edits and send it back to you for review. Between Day 4-5 we will typically have time for 1-2 rounds of edits.
04. Final Approval + Implementation
By the end of the week, you’ll have your conversion optimized copywriting! Typically this is the perfect first step if you choose to book a Website in a Week project. During your Website in a Week project timeline, I will be able to update your website with a new, professional design aesthetic and your search engine optimized copywriting.
