Most websites are designed, built, and launched within one focused week. Larger or more complex projects may fall into the two-week or four-week tiers, depending on the scope of the site.

Before your start date, you'll need your brand assets, product photography, and website copy ready to go. After booking, you'll receive access to your onboarding portal that walks you through exactly what to gather so there’s no guesswork. We provide a DIY Website Content Writing Guide, website photos checklist, and setup tutorial videos to make the prep process as easy as possible.
If you need a brand refresh, photoshoot creative direction, or want our copywriter to write your website content for you, those services are available as add-on weeks.

During the week itself, you will need to be available on Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon to provide feedback. I recommend setting aside 1 hour each of those days.

After launch, you'll receive access to a video tutorial support library, a launch guide, and one week email support window for questions.

Yes. Website in a Week requires existing branding so the design process can move quickly. If your brand isn’t ready yet, we also offer Branding in a Week as a standalone service or paired with your Website in a Week project.

No. All WildHive website projects are built on either Shopify or Squarespace.
Shopify is where we do our best work and where the one-week model is sharpest, but we do take on a handful of Squarespace sites each year. WildHive’s own website is built in Squarespace so we love and trust the platform.

All of our one week projects follow the same schedule. On days 1-2, we design the entirety of the website, brand, etc. Then on Day 3, we send it to you with a recorded video walkthough and feedback form. On Day 4, you submit your feedback form and we tackle the edits. We repeat this process in the afternoon of Day 4 so you can give one more round of final feedback before Day 5. On Day 5, we wrap up all final edits and prep the site for launch.

Not every project fits into a single week. Here’s how the tiers work.
Website in a Week is designed for focused Shopify builds with a clear scope, typically 9 pages, existing branding, and content that’s ready to go. About 90% of clients fall into this category.
Website in Two Weeks is for larger sites that need more pages, a deeper product catalog, or a more layered structure. The same process, just with more time to build it properly.
Website in Four Weeks is for complex Shopify builds that require deeper customization, advanced functionality, or development work beyond a standard theme build.
